How do I make a return?Updated a year ago

Here's how to return your order:

  1. Contact our customer support team:

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return 

  • Any additional details that may be helpful

  1. Receive a return authorization (RMA):
    Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you an RMA document. This document will include:

  • Confirmation of your return

  • Instructions on how to pack and ship your item(s)

  • The return address (specific to your location)

  1. Pack and ship your item(s):

  • Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

  • Include the RMA document inside the package.

  • Attach the pre-paid shipping label (if provided) to the outside of the package.

  • Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Additional information:

  • We have warehouses in the US, UK, Australia, and South Korea to facilitate easier returns.

  • Please keep your tracking information for your reference.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on your location and the reason for return.

  • We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items.
